Which account or information?
This public company website has no login or account area. If your request concerns a separately operated Lisosoft application or a system we support, specify the product, organisation and account identifier. If it concerns an enquiry, CV or other personal information sent to Lisosoft, identify that information instead.

Email [email protected] from the email address associated with the account where possible. State whether you want account closure, personal information deletion, correction or an export before closure. Include only the information needed to locate the record; do not email passwords or unnecessary identity documents.
Verification and responsibility
We may need proportionate verification before acting on a request. Where Lisosoft supports a system on behalf of another organisation, that organisation may control the account and determine the request. We will clarify the responsible contact rather than claiming we can delete data outside our authority.
What closure means
An approved account closure can end access to the relevant application. Deletion of personal information may remove or de-identify records where appropriate. It does not automatically cancel a paid subscription, settle an invoice or create a refund; please request cancellation separately.
Records that may need to remain
Some information may need to be retained for a lawful obligation, a dispute or another permitted purpose. We will explain material limits that apply to the request. Backup copies may follow the relevant system’s retention cycle and should not be restored into routine use in a way that defeats an approved deletion request.
